Very little. It counts as one inbound link amongst the entire link portfolio. And inbound links is only one aspect of pagerank. However, if the link is coming from a Lady Gaga video with billions of views and metric tons of links, it may count for a lot more.

EDIT: Thats not to say you shouldn't pursue links on youtube, but rather it should be considered alongside all your other linkbuilding efforts.

Totally agree with Ryan, but IMHO a link from a YT video could be seen as almost NO effect to PR.

The link can be helpful for other reasons though. My husband and I run a business about model warship combat -- RC battleships and other warships that shoot and sink each other. Very few people have heard of the hobby. There are a couple of people that have popular YouTube channels with videos, and they've added a link to our business site. The YouTube channel is great for exposure, and for getting qualified people to our website.
