Did anybody have any success with Hotbot listing?

Do you mean a paid directory listing, or getting your site included there, or what? I don't know that anyone uses it these days. Just glanced at the last 30 days of traffic for a site with 45k visitors for that time period, and there wasn't one referral from hotbot.

Yes, I meant the paid directory listing. You see, one of my competitor is listed on Hotbot and Yahoo, apart from that he has only very low quality links. IMO, my link profile is much better than his and still he ranks better. The truth is, his domain is much older than mine but is that enough to pull ahead of me?

Yahoo would be giving much more help than Hotbot in this case.
