Google penalizes sites that do not offer unique content, it appears your "reviews" are copied from other sources.

Thank you, we will be firing that writer and trying to delete all the duplicate content. We are trying to use copyscape but even copyscape is not finding them as well as a search of the article itself.

Duplicate content used to be frowned upon, but never "penalized" like it has been lately. With the Google "Panda" update to their search algorithm that happened in the last few months, your site probably got hit hard if your traffic has dropped that significantly. Now more than ever you need to have unique content in order to rank well. It used to be a polite suggestion, now it's becoming a "do or die" situation for many websites.

Copyscape is nice, searching for entire paragraphs in quotes works quite nicely in a google search though.

I think I found it. I'm seeing multiple meta robots entries on pages, including meta name='robots' content='noindex,nofollow'. I don't think you mean this to be intentional? Found it on these two random pages, and I'm betting lots of others.
