Open Site Explorer CSV reports

Hello,

Small question about the Open Site Explorer. on August 24th I've been trying to create several CSV reports which I knew would take a few days. But now, almost a week later when I check Open Site Explorer > Recent CVS reports it tells me it's still saving data. It's been saving data for 4 days now.

Am I missing something, is this a bug, do I have to do something or should I wait a little longer?

Just reports it to the moz its probably just a bug that they can get sorted.

And do try again. There have been some glitches with OSE recently, but things are getting better. See the comments from Rand on this Q&A thread at http://www.seomoz.org/q/problems-with-ose-downloads.

Have raised the same issue in another thread, and others are also having the same prob, Rand has personally answered that saying it is being dealt with, but as of now, it is still behaving strangely. Reports I ordered days ago and a few this morning are still "pending", another I ordered 5 mins ago, came through straight away. This is odd ....
