Custom report doesn't show last month

Hi,

I've scheduled a monthly report (for each 1st day) that has come through yet, so I went to generated manually and the option for the last week is available but not the last month. (1) Can you explain why and what to do to have the whole month report (Aug 2016)?

Also, I can see that is only showing up to the 30th of August being today the 1st of September. (2) Is there always a 1-day gap between data and reports? Just to come in every 2nd and run it manually.

Sorry for any confusion about where you monthly data might be! We provide monthly report data if your campaign has been active at least 21 days of the previous month. Once a month ends, it generally takes 3-4 days to process that monthly rollup data and make it available within the campaign.  After it arrives, we'll generate the monthly report and send it out!
