I cancelled my subscription but still amount is charged for another year

Please cancel my subscription i dont want to extend my subscription.
Last day of my subscription is Aug-18th-2016. I cancelled it on 18thAug but still money got processed and the subscription is extended. How can you charge without intimating. This is very frustrating.
Please refund my amount i dnt want moz account at all.

I believe Moz's support team is quite responsive, they have answered your question already.
I agree with Blue corona, this should question should not have posted here unless they were not responding to your plea on email/support chat.
We would be interested to know why you cancelled the subscription , as I personally find Moz has added lot of value to our SEO and Digital marketing services.
