Moz Downloaded PDF Report Show Dashboard & Search Visibilty empty

HI All,

I m not sure how many here have this issue . When I download an report it comes us with empty dashboard ( as shown in link below ) . When I Preview them its all good but when I download it becomes empty . Graphical Part form very important part of report as customers can get what they wanted quickly

i had the same issue this month (and have experienced it before a few times), its just a bug/issue that support know about. I tried downloading my reports a few hours later and they were fine.

If i were you i would email Moz support, if you havnt  already, but also try downloadng reports again since may be fixed

Dan is correct in that this is an issue that has been reported a few times by other customers, so we are working on fixing it now. Can you send us your campaign and custom report information in a ticket to help@moz.com?

I'm having the same issue. The download pdf tool looks like it is working, but I only get viewer.html file that is blank.
