I don't know how you would do this through Moz, but you can just revoke the permissions actually in Twitter so that nothing will get posted:

Hello!

Our tools can only import data and do not post or submit content on your behalf. The messaging you see is likely standard for all 3rd party connections to their API as some apps can post content. Our does not.
