As much as I would love to answer all of your questions, they would require a lot of time to explain.  I will however comment on the website that you referenced getting links from huahinafterdark.com. I checked out the site, and the domain authority is not all that high, but what bothered me the most is that the page is full of links.  I always try to obtain content links from sites that are not full of links.

Since you stated that your site does not have that many links, I would probably not worry about disavowing them, but I would concentrate on getting better links moving forward.

If you think this backlink could not be good for your domain authority, use Disavow and sleep better, but I would not worry so much as soon as there are just couple of links, variety is also important.

Nah, let them index alone. Patience is very important for SEO

Depends on your niche and competitors, im working in a niche with low-medium competence and im creating 10 links / month, im ranking extrem well.

I also like to write the backlink in the first paragraph so that google robot follow it as soon as possible, but i´m not really sure if this is a factor xD

I would not use links on sidebars/footers for a link building factor, but for getting referred traffic interested on your niche. Always nofollow.
