Hello!

Currently there isn't a way to directly send the alerts to a second email address. This will be solved with our release of multi-seat next year. What you can do is if you have any campaigns setup, you can create a custom report for brand & mentions in a campaign and set the report to email anyone in the last step. Brand & Mentions are powered by Freshscape and you can have up to 25 alerts total for the account. Freshweb explorer only limits to 10.
