Can I add users to my account?

I would like grant access to some of my IT people some of whom are not is the Western hemisphere. After giving them my login info they re not able to get in. Help any one?

Hey Krankensigns!

Unfortunately no you cannot add users to your Moz account. But that is weird that they are still not able to login using your login credentials. Maybe there is a block since they are outside of the Western hemisphere. Im sure a Mozzer will chime in here and get you a fix

+1 to Bryan_Loconto - thanks for the initial reply while we got caffeinated this morning. Now that us Helpsters had a fresh cup of Seattle Coffee we are ready to go!

Krakensigns - At this time we do not have the ability to have multiple users on one account though we do hear your feedback and would love to roll it out in the future. Secondly it seems very odd that that they cannot get into your account with the correct details. I would suggest doing a password reset: https://moz.com/lost-password. If they are still having trouble getting into the account with the email ad password you provide them with please reach us at help@moz.com.
