Deleting an account in Moz

Hi Everyone

I have multiplie site that I manage in MozPro and also showing in MozAnalytics. How do I delete the ones I no longer manage in my account. Assistance please!!!

Hi Bonx,

Go to your accounts HOME dashboard/page (click the home link in the main menu as opposed the the sidebar menu link saying dashboard.), which shows all your accounts in Moz.

To the right you will see a blue button saying Add Campaign.... BELOW is is the manage campaign link. Click this and it will allow you to archive and/or delete an account. I would recommend archiving.

Hey Bonx!!

Timbronze is spot on here regarding your question about deleting an account. However, I wouldn't recommend deleting any accounts. Unless of course you know you will never need that data again. I'd recommend archiving the accounts you no longer manage. This way you can always reactivate them if need be.

1. Log into your Moz account and go to http://analytics.moz.com/manage-campaigns

2. Under the "Active Campaigns" tab, locate the account you wish to remove and click the "Archive" button.

3. You will now free up a slot in your Active accounts but will also be able to reactivate the account from the "Archived Campaigns" tab.

Great answers and I'd agree. Don't delete but archive the campaigns to preserve their historic data and so you can reactivate them if you ever need to.

Hello,

i have been trying to archive a campaign however when I go into "active campaigns" there is nothing in there although I have 5 campaign running. Is there a problem with this a present?
