How do you connect to a Google analytics campaign if the particular campaign isn't showing up in the campaign settings?

Our agency manages the five accounts currently on Moz Pro.  However, the client's Google Analytics accounts are on a different GA account so we are unable to connect since the accounts aren't showing up for the 5 clients.  The same is true of their Facebook accounts.

Hi Jean

As long as you have access to the email account that has full administrative access to those profiles, you should be able to connect and select the appropriate profile for Google Analytics. It's best to make sure you are not already logged into a Google or Gmail session as the re-direct will assume the account you are logged into will be the one you are authenticating.

The same configuration applies to Facebook. There are no standalone logins for Facebook pages so any personal account with admin access must be authorized, then you will see a list of the business/brand pages you are the admin for to track.

I did log out of the CloudBurst Google/Gmail session and logged in to the appropriate Gmail session for the clients, but the client drop down still gives me the CloudBurst client list.

Do you have other campaigns using CloudBurst? If so all authorizations will appear in the drop down as Google only sees the account as a whole and not the campaigns separately. If you are authorizing the correct account and do not see the connections in the drop down, it will mean there are too many profiles in the account (more than 20) or the account does not have full administrative access. Others have been able to import the connections by moving profiles to other accounts. You may have to reach out to Google to verify you are under the token limit to allow more connections.
