Problem with Moz - Facebook

Everytime I login I have to reauthorize my facebook fan page.  So I never get stats with MOZ on my facebook fan page.

What is going on?

Are you sure you put the right part of the URL in the field?

Let's say your page's full url is: https://www.facebook.com/example123. You only want to type example123 into the field that Moz provides for you to track the page.

If that's not the issue, then at what point does Moz give you that message, and what's the text of the message specifically? That will go a long way toward helping you solve this problem.
