Moz Local - "Not Submitted"

After a successful CSV submission to Moz Local, the only one that isn't submitted is Acxiom. It says "not submitted, not updated". Why is this? Will it just take more time? Is there an issue and if so, how can I rectify it? Thank you.

The time it takes our partners to update the listing really depends on how long it takes them to accept the data we push to them and update the information across their servers. Generally, this can be anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks. If you don't see the listing updated by the end of the 4th week, please let us know and we'll look into it for you.
