How can I remove an old Google analytics account

Hi there,

My colleague who had previously managed our client SEO campaigns had connected her personal Google analytics account to most of the campaigns. As she has now left the business I want to remove these and add the business analytics account. I've tried the 'disconnect' option in the campaign settings but when I add the new account I'm still seeing some of the analytics items from her personal account.

Is there any way I can completely remove her account?

You may want to try to this (not sure if it'll work but worth a shot): Make sure your business analytics email is associated with all the profiles you need as an "Administrator". One you are the admin, then, depending on your colleague will then remove her email from each of those profiles, so you remain the sole Admin.

JUST MAKE SURE NOT TO DELETE ANY ANALYTICS PROFILES.
We took over a client's website where the previous webmaster "accidentally" deleted over 4 years of data including all PPC campaign data. Our client was livid and we essentially had to start a new as we tried recovering with letters and requests to Google without luck.
