Opensiteexplorer missing links

Hi There

I was just checking www.cellartours.com on opensiteexplorer and I noticed that it was missing a link from yahoo directory http://dir.yahoo.com/business_and_economy/shopping_and_services/travel_and_transportation/tour_operators/culinary/  sixth from the top. That's kinda big one to be missing, no?

It is actually a few layers deep in the directory structure, which is why we may not have crawled it. We can't crawl all of the huge sites like Yahoo, Twitter, etc. because then we wouldn't have the resources to crawl anything else.

Has it shown up as a link in the past?

we have one wikipedia link http://cs.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ovocné_kytice we saw it once at our linking root domains and links but at new crawl it disappeared..

I guess same reason ? big site no time to crawl all

does this mean that dir.yahoo links are not counted in DA calculation?

Whatever links we find are the ones used in the DA calculation. It's also why if we have a smaller link set in an index the DA can go down.
