Where is Term Extractor tool?

OK I have a pro account but cannot see the Term Extractor tool. Has this been renamed or changed. I want to find the keywords of my competitors how do I do this. Is there a way to find out the google adwords of my competitors?

The Term Extractor has been disabled a couple of times and according to some other threads in the forum: http://moz.com/community/q/do-you-want-seomoz-to-bring-back-their-term-extractor-tool there have been a couple of requests to bring it back.

In Google Adwords there is a tool itself to see which keywords from the page are important for Google. You should check it out, it could be a good replacement for your needs.
