To know effect on our Website rank in Google Search results

Ours is Property Advertising Company. And we have agents and consultants working from other areas in providing property for advertising in our website.

So we collect all the data (5000 data nearly) and upload in one stretch directly to our database.

I would like to know whether this process will affect our ranking in google search results because when we upload 5000 data, the links in our website also increases.

ya we have collected 5000 new properties with unique content from our agents & consultants.So is it advisable to upload all 5000 data in one stretch directly to our database.

We just want to know whether this 5000 data upload in one stretch affect our ranking in google SERP or google Penalize.

you wouldn't get penalised as such, it would just take a while for them all to be indexed - it maybe more advantageous to spread them over a few days - say 1000 per day such as to even give google a chance.
