Don't go with these tricks. These links are not helpful for your blog/website. People make these links just to increase the number of Moz Domain Authority (DA). Sites with low DA like "IPLt20" has good result in SERP rather than high DA site which is made by the links you mentioned.

So never recommend using these types of links that are not beneficial for your site ranking.
