Finding the reason behind not Ranking-UP
-
Hello,
I hope you guys are doing well. I published an article about 2 months ago and I tried to write a rich article in regards to SEO. Also, did a keywords research and found my competitors. I created a lengthy but meaningful article from all the competitors. Here is the link to my Article and my targeted keyword is "CSC Scholarship 2020".
You can check my domain DA & PA also. It is higher than the websites' DA, PA who are ranked on the top of the page. My content is also Lengthy and Meaningful and to-the-point but still, my Article is not generating any result for me.
I want that, please investigate the main issue that is causing this problem.

You've pointed out you're beating them in both on-page and off-page SEO. My guess is that your user experience scores are very low. The last Google update has significantly increased the weight of user experience variables in their algorithm.
I was able to confirm my suspicions using the PageSpeed test by Google (which now includes Core Vital metrics).
While your content and off-page SEO is great compared to your competition, it doesn't mean much if your site doesn't load or takes too long to load. You need to cut that FCP, LCP, TTI down significantly.

You should also check if there have been any manual penalties set against you. You can do this through the Google Search Console.

Yes, that "loading" score is horrible. Just 8 seconds to load the first few batches of threadwork (javascript). Imagine the experience for a mobile user on limited data or so. Offload as much as possible of scripts; really having a neat website does'nt require so much bells and rings all over the place.
