Hreflang and canonical

Hi all,
I'm hoping someone can help me solve this once and for all! I keep getting hreflang errors on our site crawls and I cannot understand why. Does anything here look off to you? Thank you!

Hi Natalie,
I think i found your problem. There is an 301 redirect between the non-trailing slash and the one having the trailing slash.
Im attaching an image showing that redirect.
That inconsistency might be whatever tool you are referring is reporting.Hope it helps.

Thank you! I will add the trailing slash. Do you see anything wrong with self-referencing URL? I believe I've fulfilled this with the canonical or am I wrong?

Noup, there nothing wrong with the self referential canonical as long as it is consistent.
