Yes you are. Depending on the further content on the page and the quality you will rank for keyword research. I personally use a lot of "How to" and "Tips" titles and this seems to work well. E.g.: keyword research: 10 tips from an expert or keyword research: how to start? etc.... You should start with the keyword combination you want to rank for so do not make a title : How do you professionally do a Keyword research
