Crawl Diagnostics - Duplicates and canonical problem

SEOmoz crowl diagnostic reports duplicates (title, content) issue on this addres:

page already has canonical tag - is this a bug of crowler, or smth wrong on page?

Hi - yes the SEOMoz crawl report doesn't currently take into account canonical tags and it will report a page as duplicate content even if it has the tag on it. Have a look here for more -

The canonical tag won't tell the Moz crawler (or Google) that the duplicate simply does not exist. All a canonical will do is suggest Google to prioritise the canonical URL and ignore and devalue other URLs with duplicate content.
The canonical solution will be fine for Google, but if you wanted to remove the duplicate reports, you will need to actually change the titles/content. If you have the time, I'd recommend doing this.
