Can I Create Multiple MOZ Campaigns for Main Domain and Sub Directory (same website)?

I am running three campaign for three different websites in MOZ. I am going to merge those three websites into a single website under one main domain. Once I have done that, not necessary to run the three campaign. So I will stop two campaigns.When I remove the two campaigns (engagementhq.com and budgetallocator.com sites) I will have free capacity on MOZ for two new campaigns.Could/Should I look at using that capacity to monitor my main website bangthetable.com against three different lists of keywords? or for three different territories? with three different sets of competitors...

These are all great questions, and the decision is really up to you! We've seen other users do all of the above that you've mentioned here. You can create a campaign for your entire site, and then if you have subdomains in your site that you'd like to specifically analyze you can do that as well. To do that, you create the campaign with the URL to your subdomain and use the Advanced options to narrow the crawl to just that subdomain: http://www.screencast.com/t/Qmmx5J4Zn

From here, the options are yours: you can add just specific keywords (local and national alike)/competitors/etc to this campaign and however you'd like to organize and analyze your data from there.
