Why isn't MOZ reading my website? Seems to keep ignoring the 'www' and returning a 404 error

Created a new website and added it to MOZ.  MOZ can't seem to crawl the site and is treating it as a site without 'www' which is returning a 404 error.

The site is being crawled by Google fine and Google Analytics is picking up the stats but MOZ cannot read it for some reason.

I've tried deleting and re-starting the camaping 2 or 3 times now with the same problem happening.

Can anyone help please?

It looks like you have quite a few campaigns, so it is difficult for me to look into what may be the issue here without a bit more detail. If you don't want to share which campaign you are referring to here, can you please email us at help@moz.com or click the blue message icon in the bottom right corner of your campaigns to send us the details of which campaign you had this issue on so that we can investigate further?
