Yes - you can - in fact - the first post on the Q&A page is about that: https://moz.com/community/q/announcing-multiseat-1-0-for-moz-pro - with a detailed "How to" guide. The number of users that you can add depends on the type of subscription you have.

Thanks for writing in! I can see you've located the Multiseat feature in your account, yay!

I can also see that you've assigned your available seat, the first seat will always be taken up by the account email
