There are 10 links on page that point to this page where they exist (link to the page itself). Does it influence on ranking?

Hi,

No. First you have to understand what is internal linking.

An internal link connects one page of a website to a different page on the same website to spread link juice. In an internal link, the source domain and target domain are the same. - In your case both pages are same so your move contradicting even definition of Internal linking. It won't help to improve ranking.
