we have just re-launched one of the pages of our website with fresh content etc. Would like to know how we can use Moz to measure the changes and impact of the re-launch from an SEO standpoint.

You can measure your SERP page changes within your campaign (moz pro > search > ranking keywords), and you can also see any increase in visits and engagement in your dashboard (moz pro > search > traffic from search) if you have linked Moz with your Google Analytics.

You can also look in GA and see how long people are on your page and compare it to before the content (more time meaning people are hanging on your page more which is great)

        Hope that helps.

If the url is new, i guess it will need sometime to be ranked to start to get organic traffic ( unless the keyword doesn´t have any competence 🙂 )

You could also track the average position & the keywords in the Landing page report of GWT - as GWT only keeps data for the last two months - you could download the data on a regular basis and check if there is an impact (keywords used to get to the page / avg. position)

As mentioned by Chris  - you can also use the Google Analytics Landing page report and check if there is an increase in organic traffic on the page and if other vital parameters (like bouncerate, time on page, pageviews/visit,...evolve in the right direction)
