Google Alerts does not inform me the news published with my terms?

Hi,
I am going through some of our press release published during last 2 months they all contain the brand terms matched in my Google Alerts. I've not been notified by Google Alert since 2 months ago.

The press releases are all genuine and high quality otherwise they wont be published by those industry relevant and known magazine/news sites. Some of them has been shared well online. Some terms appears as hyperlink some don't.

What could it be wrong. Any advice

It has been reported that Google Alerts is somewhat broken for some time now.

What about Moz? Has it given you any brand term mention notifications?

Sorry I didnt realisze Moz have it's own version. Is it the Fresh Web Explorer, would it email me? I'll go and try thanks for the above info.

Inside the tools of your Pro account you have "Brand & Mentions" > "Web Mentions"
