Can't connect with Google Analytics
-
I've set up a new campaign, am logged into GA with the correct account, click "Connect to Google Analytics" in campaign settings, and hit Accept for permissions. Nothing happens. It just takes me to a gray screen with the Moz logo at the top and I'm not connected. Anything I'm missing?

Hmm... Which browser are you using? Do you have any add-ons or plugins active within your browser?
For example, I use Firefox and have had similar issues with Moz tools. After disabling all active add-ons (and restarting my browser), it worked! At that point, I reactivated each add-on (one-by-one) and tried to recreate the issue. I ended up finding the add-on that was creating the issue.
Not sure if this will help you with the issue but certainly worth looking into. Hope it helps!!!

Hello!
Make sure you are completely logged out of gmail/google as the re-direct will assume any cached session is the one that needs to be authorized. Helps the be logged out first, then manually enter your Google Analytics credentials to authenticate.
Also Bryan has some great tips as we've seen some plug-ins cause a blank page or a blank page with numbers in the corner.

Thank you, Bryan and David! It was Chrome extensions that were the issue. I'm all set now.

Glad you were able to find it! This is a first we've heard of extensions causing this issue. Can you tell me which ones you needed to disable or remove to get it to work? We would like to try and duplicate this for others.
