I have to keep reauthorizing my campaign's Google Analytics connection.

Every time that I log in (roughly once a day or so), Moz Analytics tells me that the connection to Google Analytics was lost and that I need to reauthorize. I reauthorize and Moz confirms that the connection was made, but then I see the message again every time that I log in. Sometimes the message reappears immediately when I navigate to a difference page in Moz Analytics. There seems to be no gap in the collected Google Analytics data, however.

Is this just a bug? Thanks for any help!

I think it is is just a bug.

I had the exact same thing happen when I first started using Moz Analytics. It occurred for about 1 - 2 weeks and then stopped. If there's no gap in the info I wouldn't be too concerned.

How long has the issue been going on for? Similar time frame or longer?

I've noticed it for about a week, I think. But I have just been active on that campaign for a week.

Sounds like exactly what happened to me.

I'd suggest:

1. Go to campaign settings
2. Disconnect the GA account
3. Log out of Moz
4. Log back in
5. Reconnect the GA account

You don't need to worry about data going missing. I've done the above several times before and it's always there once reconnected.

If the above doesn't work, I suggest waiting for a few more days and if it's still happening get in touch with a member of the Moz support team.

I had so many issues with it that I finally gave up. Now, one of my campaigns hasn't updated traffic data since July 21, despite having a valid connection.
