Long tail keyword research

Is there any way for me to figure out long tail key words related to keyword such as "IT solutions"? This is a competitive term.  How do I figure out related keywords with high search volume and less competition?

I can't believe it has been almost a year and there has been no response to this. I am currently looking for the same thing and found http://www.keywordtooldominator.com/k/google-auto-suggest/ is ok. You can also read this article http://www.quicksprout.com/2014/03/12/how-to-use-google-suggest-to-grow-your-long-tail-traffic/ to get a better idea of how to get long tail keywords on your own.
