Do you want an SEOmoz profile badge?

I liked the idea, but would not include the number of comments badge, perhaps it will only estimulates useless posts. The others, however, sounds like a really good idea

I find the idea not bad - but I woudn't include any numbers at all. This enforces only "number hunting" in my opinion. As Thomas mentioned the "staff endorsed answers" do have a "real" value.

Like it, but am also in agreement with others recommending that it have more weighting towards the quality of answers some how.

• Questions answered (not concerned with quality, but it gives context to #good answers and # staff endorsements. Having 2 staff endorsements isnt much if you've had 10.000 answers, but great if you have had 15).

It's been a couple of years since this was last discussed. Have badges moved up the priority queue for new development? Can we get an update, even if the update is "no progress".

Ha! Hard to believe this old thread is still alive. This was one of the first questions asked when we first launched the public Q&A.

We have actually kicked around the idea several times, but nothing has come to fruition. Good to know there is still interest. So, no progress, but we will keep the idea alive.
