Open Site Explorer Not Providing Data

Is something wrong with Open Site Explorer as I am not getting any social and other data?  Is this a problem that will be fixed in the next couple of hours?  Is this a bigger issue?

No...  I am just getting now data.  You can see that I am logged in, in the first screenshot.

Have you checked your spam folder? I'm looking at the help desk, and do see that we answered you on May 14th.
