I have been writing articles on the different type of cleaning articles.

Example:
How to choose the right part time cleaner?
4 Benefits of hiring a cleaning company
How to spring clean your home? etcHonestly speaking, i kind of ran out of topic to wrtie.

I there any program/website/software that can suggest on what articles to write?

Hi, I suggest trying http://ubersuggest.org.

Seed it with the word 'cleaning' and it will lots of suggestions by initial letter. You can also drill down into the each of them by clicking the phrase alongside + icon to find longer phrases.

Some sample results:

You can use some keyword research tools to help you find what people are searching for that is related to cleaning.

What I would suggest is going to Yahoo Answers and other similar Q&A sites and typing in cleaning, house cleaning, etc. to see what questions people have, then use those ideas for blog topics.

Yes, you can use online tools like Ubbersuggest or keyword everywhere to get the suggestion of new blog articles.
