OSE Export very slow

Anyone else having issues with Open Site Explorer? Been trying to export a backlink report for a website for the past 2 hours (the grey bar has been going that long). The site only has 1937 backlinks!!

Finally finished and returned an empty report!! Does anything around here work!! If it's not OSE breaking, it's moz analytics not working with G+, keep forgetting Twitter info, cookie problems with chrome etc

Aaron really didn't mean it that way. Our help desk has had higher number of tickets lately, and he skimmed, saw the thanks, and thought everything was OK. I'll have him come back and make sure this gets the proper attention. My sincere apologies for the mixup.

Anyways, can you please send us an email by going here and following the instructions under the search bars? http://moz.com/help/contact. It sounds like there's enough issues here that we should look into each one one-by-one. Again, I'm sorry for misreading your post earlier.
