Actually the most reliable one is still the adwords keyword planner, even after it's terrible merging with the traffic estimator.

Also if you already have your main keywords you may find useful http://ubersuggest.org/

OR

If you have clear which are your main competitors you can track their top keywords using http://www.semrush.com/

I've heard really good things about Long Tail Pro, but haven't had the chance to really dive into it besides just playing around.

Hi -

The best of all is Google Adwords - Keyword Planner. You can access it from adwords.google.com.

In there under options 'Tools & Analysis' -> 'Keyword Planner'.

In there, the option I use is 'Search for new keywords and adgroup ideas'.

Here you can give your keywords and google give you suggestions. Now start filtering by what is more relevant for you and go with it.
