      Hi,

In my campaign settings, under manage keywords, I have the keyword "Keyword" listed. I can't seem to delete it. I'm not sure how it got there. Is that there for a reason? When I delete it it just comes right back.

        Hi!

Thanks for writing in and apologies for the issue here.

This is actually a known issue that our Developers are currently working on a fix for. The specific problem has to do with capitalization in the keyword. If you have "Keyword" instead of "keyword", the app will not allow you delete the capitalized version, even though the success message appears.

I'm going to create a follow-up for this in our support system so that I can forward this along to our Developers and update you when a fix is deployed. Thanks again for reporting!

        Best,

        Sam

Thanks. Just to be absolutely clear, cause it's kind of confusing, here is a screenshot of what I'm talking about.

Also, the more I think about it, I probably had a list of keywords in excel where the column header was 'Keyword' and selected the entire column to copy/paste which is how this keyword got into the campaign. Glad to know it's a known issue!

              Hey!

We're clear. I was able to reproduce this on my end as well. Thanks for the follow-up and extra info though 🙂
