Link in Disqus profile

Hey guys, could you help me with the following issue.

When I leave a comment via Disqus, it adds my url as plain text to the code of the page I left my comment on. At the same time, a backlink to my site is in my Disqus profile (once you click on the user name in your comment)  So, my question is if Google will consider such a backlink as a legit link to my site and if it makes general sense for SEO to leave Disqus comments?

Can you give an example where it adds your URL as plain text to the code of the page?

I don't think leaving Disqus comments will harm, or benefit, your site SEO wise.  I would feel free to comment as you would naturally, while not trying to comment unnecessarily for SEO benefits.

Thanks for helping me out. I'm referring to this sort of urls that I can find in code after commenting
