Experiencing unstable traffic data

We are having some weird issues with our Moz account, especially regarding our tracking of data in corporation with Google Analytics.

Even though the data corresponds to the same period of time, we get different results and data when we refresh the page, trying from different computers etc.

From one computer the data looks very realistic and promising, but from another computer the data is unstable with weeks without data, and therefore the curve jumps up and down.

At the same time, on a different campaign, we get an error with the message; “It appears there's a problem with our connection to your Google Analytics account. Please go to your Settings page to update your connection.“. And when we go to the settings page the connection to Google Analytics seems fine – but no data on this campaign for several weeks now. The campaign is not able to gather any data at this point.

Are you experiencing some problems?

I did try to disconnect en reconnect.
One campaign did update but the other is still showing data from 07/15/2013?

there have been several threads about this - all our data is also stuck on 15th July, come on Moz, sort it out!

Yep, same issue here many occasions. I disconnect my GA account and then reconnect and this usually fixes it.

I'm having the same issues as well. I've disconnected and whatnot, contact customer service and followed their suggestions, but traffic still isn't working correctly.

Thanks for your time in informing us of these issues  We feel terrible about the issues you guys have gone through on your end with our connection to GA. Currently we are doing our best to find out exactly what happen on Google's side during the last few weeks that could have prompted the large amount of issues.  Once we can get a handle on that we will then release a fix to hopefully alleviate the issue!

In the meantime, we have a cool engineer that will be manually recollecting your data, so I would definitely hold tight with your campaigns, that way he can do his thing on the backend to get your data propagated  If you have any questions, please check out our help hub here or send us a request at help@moz.com.

I've been having the same kind of problems here, it happened for a few months almost a year ago and after constant harassment of the support team it was eventually sorted out.

Unfortunately my problems are back, missing data, incomplete reports etc, to be honest my software is basically unusable at the moment, data in every single campaign is either missing or out of date and I've still not been able to send clients their July reports, although they quite happily took my $199 again a couple of days ago!

I'm sick of being told to keep disconnecting and reconnecting GA accounts which worked temporarily, but now even that doesn't help.

What worked last time around was to keep sending new support tickets for each issue (at least one a day) eventually I think they get so fed up with you that someone decides to actually resolve the problems instead of just fobbing you off and blaming GA.
