Using Google Adwords is good?

I heard about that if you using adwords, google drops your ranking a little bit. Because of you already pay money for results. I think that is reasonable.

There has never been a reputable source making that claim.  I've read speculation that Google boosts your rank if you use Adwords, but that also is not based on actual numbers...

I don't know where you heard such a thing, but that's just not true.

Organic search and pay per click are not related at all in the sense that if you pay for clicks, your organic results automatically drop or go up.

On a side note; I wouldn't categorize this question as a technical SEO issue

There is no relationship between AdWords and organic.  I've spent over $30MM in AdWords, and have several relationships with dedicated AdWords reps, and have never been able to get anything special from the organic team  (I've tried several times, with 0 success).  I could not even get the organic side to expedite a reconsideration request.
