Conversion Report in Adwords

I would like to create a report that shows Campaign-Ad Group-Ad-Keyword but only for items that have conversions. Anyone know a way to do this?

I'm not aware to show anything greater than 1 in adwords, but definitely could be.

You can do this via custom reports in analytics (if you have it linked up).

I prefer using Google Analytics over Adwords for custom reports as GA allows you to dig into the metric far more.  If your set on using Adwords for Conversion tracking...  check out Custom Reports here  ->  create custom reports in Adwords

You can create the report as is and then filter for conversions in excel

I've found AdWords data to be much more accurate personally.

To the OP, I'd say export to excel and do it that way. Try using some different filters.

We built a ppc reporting tool called ReportGarden(http://reportgarden.com) that can help you with this. We built the software specially for scenarios like this. You will be able to select Campaigns, Ad Groups, Keywords, Ads and the sort them by conversions. This will help you figure out which ones have conversions.
