Great site for one, very informative and welcoming. I'll pass it to my fiance

Here is a GREAT resource back in 2011 that was made by Aron Wheeler explaining the Google PR process and the use of it. Understanding that page rank does not give your site a Smile or Frown upon search engines. Please be sure to read the source given and watch/listen to the video to better understand more about page rank and the meaning of it.

Edgard,
I think you're doing quite will with your site. Don't focus on pagerank, but keep focusing on your social media--your Facebook is looking good but I don't see your twitter or G+ profile in search results.
Also, I'd do some work on your category pages--provide robust description about what's uniquely Lebanese about each of those archive categories and what, other than the archive name, identifies each of the recipes as Lebanese.

Hey Edgard,
I agree with both of the responses above - you've got a good site design with good content. Don't worry about pagerank in general. For offsite link analysis and monitoring the authority of your domain over time, you're better off monitoring the following metrics in Open Site Explorer or the SEOMoz PRO tool:
- Page Authority of the homepage
- Domain Authority
- Total Linking Root Domains to the entire site
Those are the metrics that we focus on for client link building campaigns.
