Replytocom url’s are auto generated url’s from wordpress blog site with enabled reply to comments feature. So, every comment added to your blog gets a new url.

That's a problem because you can get penalized for duplicated content. As you can see in the second screenshot you sent there are many different url's for the same About page.

These url's are probably been blocked by a plugin. I don't see anything in your robots.txt file, but you should check wich plugin is doing this. And keep that plugin working, because i is helping you!

As show in this link, his blog replytocom is shown in the search results. for me it's good it does not appear. i did not install any new plugins related to SEO. just turned down Comluv plugin and switched back to disqus.

But in the Google Webmasters URL parameters there are 5K issues - as mentioned by him should i ask Google bot to change the value :

Don't know why it occur for past 4 years it does not appeared like this .
.htaccess code to redirect such parameters URL to main URL
Should i change the settings in URL parameters or he asked me to do it robot.txt file ? how to do that !

I'm sorry, I didn't payed attention that you said in your post "made only the comment section as no-followed". That's what is blocking the robots, like you can see in the screen shot below.

Every replytocom page of your blog has meta tag robots noindex nofollow, because it is a comment page. Just keep that way and don't worry.

But i did not do anything. Even i noticed my Comment section URL for the commentator are no-follow ? and i don't know how that happens !

Please do not mistake me, All my concern about my blog, which i run. From which iam earning ! (have to do more)

How did i do that ! or how i should keep it like this and do not want to mess it !

The current settings of my blog is safe for SEO Good !
