Help! Does SEOMOZ Work?

New to SeoMoz and im struggling!!

I have been trying to study SeoMoz and how to use all these tools but I am totally at a loss where to start with it.

I think i am OK with on page work but the link building and how to get better ranking i find really difficult.  After all we all need results in our jobs or why would we bother with it.

Does any one have any tips with the linking tools and how to see some results for me to keep SEOMOZ on.  I really think a good video on practical steps on link building would help. All this talk about do something practical!!  What practical things build the best links?

The above URL's will get you started. Link building is not a simple as submitting a link here and there. Its better to understand the process as a whole and your view on link building will be less daunting.

There are many different ways to go about building links and wont bore you here. Just take your time and soak up as much knowledge on the topic as you can. (then come back here and ask more questions!
