Our URL in Thai language. We cannot read in Crawl report downloaded from research tool. Is there any way to correct this problem?

Hi Amornpong,

Unfortunately at this time, we only support sites in a UTF-8 (English character) format.  Because of this, you will periodically run into issues with reporting data and formatting.  There currently isn't a way around this, but we are looking at adding support for more languages in the future.
