Who to ask to change the (nonexisting) country on my invoice?

The country stated on my invoice does not exist for years now - Yugoslavia. While Serbia is one of the successors, I know we would all appreciate the correct name written on our invoices and other formal documents.
Also, I would like to know if there are any plans to have SEO localized in Serbian in near future. Greetings for all Serbs using SEOmoz.

Generally, I'd recommend sending anything billing related to help[at]seomoz.org. That way it remains more confidential and gets a quicker response.
Regarding the listed country on your invoice, this is something that is automatically filled in by our payment processor. I'm more than happy to pass along the feedback to them on your behalf, but in the meantime, I've updated the account to reflect Serbia as the country. All of your previous invoices should now be updated to show this and are accessible on the billing and subscriptions page of your account settings.
At the moment, the app and reports are only supporting UTF-8 based character sets, but we are looking at expanding that in the future.

Thank you very much for the reply and the change in the invoice.
The only reason I asked about SEOmoz localization in Serbian is the fact that many of my business associates saw how good I'm ranked and are interested in SEOmoz but find it too difficult in English.

Although I can't give you an ETA on when the site may be localized or designed to support non UTF-8 character sets, I do recommend you placing this i our feature request forum (https://seomoz.zendesk.com/forums/293194-seomoz-pro-feature-requests). This way our product team gets an idea of what the interest looks like.
