RE: Duplicate Page Title
Your questions a little hard to answer without a link to the site to see the problem in action, however <title>tags appear in the <head> section of your document, generally near the top of the code.</p> <p>The title for "This is the title" appears as so in the code:</p> <pre><code><head> <br /> <title>This is the title</title>
You can also read up more on title tags: http://www.seomoz.org/learn-seo/title-tag
However without a live example, and without knowing what content management system (CMS) or framework you are using, it's difficult to tell you the exact solution step by step.

RE: How fast is my front page?
Check out Pingdom, I find it useful for site speed tests, and it also lets you to run the tests out of a couple different locations.
Pingdom is showing 2.56 seconds out of Dallas Texas, and I'm seeing 2 seconds on the West Coast for your site.

RE: OSE: What is the subdomain?
Subdomain metrics would be the numbers tied specifically to the unique subdomain that you typed in.
Example, if you entered "www.mydomain.com", the subdomain would be "www", where if you entered "blog.mydomain.com", the subdomain would be "blog".
The metrics across all the subdomains in the domain that you are referring to would be the Root Domain Metrics.

Have you checked the Archived Campaigns section on the Campaigns page?
