You can't re-run a campaign, but you can do an independent crawl test of up to 3000 URLs at http://pro.seomoz.org/tools/crawl-test that should help you out.

Will it run again automatically? The reason I ask is because it reported a bunch of problems with my site. I made changes to the site to try to fix it. I'd like to rerun the test to find out if I did indeed fix them.
